The climate in Florida makes it especially attractive to termites and there are a large number of these destructive pests no matter where in the state you live. The question isn’t are there termites in the area; it is how close are they to my home?  Termites cause millions of dollars in damage every year because too many people don’t find out the answer to that question.

When selling your home, it is also a recommended that you have a thorough inspection completed prior to listing your home with your realtor.  The last thing you want a prospective buyer seeing is sewer flies circling your sink drains or a german roach scurrying under the refrigerator. It’s best to be proactive when addressing pest concerns before they get out of hand.
