Mark is genuine, kind, professional and undisruptive each Friday. He's sooo pleasant to work with! He just comes in greets us, gets his keys and looks at our Pest control book. Then he'll ask if there's anything else he can do while he's here. When he comes back in from treating, he puts his keys back up and you'd never know he was here. Except for the fact that we don't have any pest control problems! I've been in the property mgmt. business for large communities for over 15 years.
